Volume 1: Presence
The first of Parallelogram’s thematic collections is centred on the concept of Presence. Across videos, text, and photo projects, each individual contribution invites a reflection on not simply a specific place, but how it is inhabited and by whom.
This point of inquiry felt particularly salient given the wholly digital nature of Parallelogram, accessible to visitors from around the world. Rather than point directly towards the various work hosted on the site, the aim is to invite guests to also reflect upon their own individual forms of presence as they navigate the site.
